Construction General Labor

We are seeking a highly motivated General Laborer to join our team! The successful candidate will be self-driven and embrace the opportunity to create solutions to new or chartered challenges as they arise and possess a passion for advancing their career and contributing to leadership opportunities as they arise during business growth.

Duties

• Performs heavy manual labor tasks that may require use of hand tools, power tools and/or motorized equipment which require varying degrees of manual dexterity and coordination
• Perform pre and post operation inspection of the equipment; ensure routine equipment maintenance is performed per service requirements and safety guidelines
• Follow direction from supervisors while also taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site always.
• Adapt to changing job site conditions and priorities while maintaining productivity.
• Other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a General Laborer
• Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites as required
• High level of experience with most handheld and power tools
• Work both independently and with a team
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
