Staffing Recruiter
Onin Staffing – El Paso, TX
Join one of the fastest-growing staffing companies in the nation! We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Staffing Recruiter who enjoys helping people find meaningful employment while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Starting Pay
$15.00 per hour
(Based on experience)
Full-Time
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional overtime as needed
Position Overview
As a Staffing Recruiter, you will recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates with our client companies. You'll work closely with hiring managers, conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
Source and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
Match candidates with available job opportunities
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
Maintain candidate files and applicant tracking system
Build relationships with clients and employees
Perform follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction
Meet recruiting and placement goals
Qualifications
Recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Reliable transportation
