A stable and growing company in Oklahoma City is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Administrative Specialist to support its Payroll Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a quiet, structured office environment, has strong data entry skills, and values accuracy and consistency. The team is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and is interested in long-term growth with the company.
Pay: $21–$23/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry to support payroll operations
- Enter, review, and verify payroll-related data using strong 10-key skills
- Maintain organized and confidential payroll records
- Assist the payroll team with reports, reconciliations, and administrative tasks
- Support internal departments with payroll-related documentation as needed
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and payroll information
- Work independently and efficiently in a quiet, professional office setting
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry and 10-key skills with speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, spreadsheets, basic formulas)
- Previous administrative or payroll support experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working in a quiet office environment

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
