Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated on-call Warehouse Associates to support our operations on an as-needed basis. This position is ideal for individuals who are flexible, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will assist with picking, packing, inventory, and loading/unloading shipments while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately based on order slips or RF scanner systems
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets safely and efficiently
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory and process orders
• Organize inventory and maintain stock in proper locations
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts or audits
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Schedule Details:

• On-call / as-needed based on business demand
• Flexible scheduling (may include days, evenings, or weekends)
• Shifts may vary depending on workload
• Typical shifts run 7am-4pm or 8am - 5pm

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Experience with forklift, pallet jack, or similar equipment preferred
• Comfortable using RF scanners or inventory tracking systems
• Ability to lift up to [50 lbs] and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Forklift certification
• Experience in picking/packing and shipping/receiving
• Basic computer or inventory system knowledge

Language Preference:

• Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: Depends on the company
• Flexible/on-demand work schedule

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
