We currently perform janitorial building services, mechanical engineering, HVAC and maintenance services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island.

Position Information
Status: Full‑time
Position: Day Porter — Custodian
Location: Honolulu, HI 96813
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (40 hours weekly)
Compensation per hour: $17.00
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Cleaning and maintaining the location space, which involves: Sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing
Vacuuming and operating a side‑by‑side scrubbing machine for the floors
Cleaning restrooms and storage areas
Removing trash, replacing liners, and disposing of waste in designated areas
Restocking supplies
Performing additional tasks as directed by the HBM supervisor
Must be capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching (including overhead), grasping objects, kneeling, crawling, squatting, climbing, stooping, stretching, pressing, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting a minimum of 20‑30 lbs.
Must successfully pass the HBM prescreen check
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
