Part-Time Evening Janitorial Route – Rivers Ave (North Charleston)

Beach Janitorial Services, LLC is seeking a reliable independent contractor to service two commercial accounts located off Rivers Avenue (29406).

These are two separate buildings approximately 5 minutes apart that must both be serviced as part of the route.

Schedule

• Tuesday and Friday evenings only
• Start anytime after 7:30 PM
• Work must be completed by 10:00 PM
• Approximately 40 minutes per location

Compensation

• $150 paid twice per month (5th and 20th)
• $300 per month total
• Direct Deposit
• 1099 Independent Contractor position

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Dust surfaces and touch points
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout the facility
• Follow all client and company cleaning procedures

Requirements

• Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred
• Dependable transportation required
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform routine cleaning tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided by the client.

Pay: $300.00 per month
