Key Responsibilities

Handle back office administrative tasks related to gaming accounts, player profiles, and transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with company policies.

Review, investigate, and resolve gaming-related queries, disputes, and escalations submitted by Polish-speaking players, delivering timely and professional outcomes.

Monitor and process documentation related to player verification, bonus claims, and gaming activity within the platform's internal systems.

Collaborate closely with the fraud, risk, and compliance teams to identify suspicious gaming activity, flag irregularities, and support responsible gaming initiatives.

Accurately maintain and update internal databases, player records, and operational logs in line with data protection regulations and internal Gaming and Esports guidelines.
