We're looking for Dutch - speaking Front Office Technical Customer Support Representatives to join one of our international clients in Bulgaria. Depending on the project, you may have the opportunity to work from home within Bulgaria or from the office.

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll help resolve basic technical issues, answer product-related questions, and provide exceptional customer service. You'll receive full training, making this role ideal for candidates who enjoy technology and problem-solving but don't necessarily have an IT background.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or chat.

Assist customers with login issues, account questions, and basic product troubleshooting.

Identify customer needs and provide clear, effective solutions.

Escalate more complex technical issues when required.

Record customer interactions accurately in internal systems.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
