Role and Mission

As a Landscape Maintenance Technician at Tri Scapes, you will play a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic and functional excellence of commercial and municipal properties. Your work will transcend basic lawn care; it will involve precision, dedication, and a commitment to quality. From meticulous mowing and edging to thoughtful pruning and maintaining site cleanliness, you’ll make sure every property shines with pride.

Duties

• Execute routine landscape tasks such as mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing, ensuring clean lines and a polished look.
• Perform tree and shrub pruning, planting of flowers and foliage according to design plans, and application of mulch or pine straw.
• Keep parking lots, curbs, and public spaces free of debris and professionally maintained.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment including commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Apply fertilizers and treatments as required to ensure vibrant landscapes.
• Uphold a strict commitment to the Tri Scapes safety culture on every job site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is a plus, but we are eager to train the right candidate with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions typical of Georgia and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable transportation to and from work is essential.
• A valid US driver's license and clean driving record is a plus.
