We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to help support the daily operations of a growing residential and commercial property portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things moving, communicating clearly with tenants and vendors, and helping make sure maintenance and property management tasks stay on track.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to tenant inquiries by email and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Create, update, and manage maintenance work orders
  • Coordinate scheduling with maintenance staff, vendors, and tenants
  • Follow up on open work orders to help ensure timely completion
  • Track lease expirations, renewal timelines, and related deadlines
  • Send rent reminders and assist with routine tenant communication
  • Maintain organized records, notes, and task tracking systems
  • Support office operations and field coordination as needed
  • Help keep property management tasks organized, documented, and moving forward

Qualifications

  • Property management, real estate, or administrative support experience preferred
  • Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through to completion
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in an office setting while also coordinating field-related tasks
