Cnas​/Certified Nursing Assistants SHIFT

Position: CNAs/CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS NEEDED $18-$25/hr. PICK YOUR OWN SHIFT!

About the Role

Licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are needed to provide hands‑on care across senior housing and post‑acute facilities through the KARE platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escorting, laundry, and other activities of daily living.
• Follow resident schedules set by supervisors.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents.
• Support dining staff and occasionally assist in dining areas.
• Be comfortable with emergency equipment and procedures.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co‑workers.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid CNA license.
• Ability to lift at least 51 lbs on a regular basis and physical ability to assist residents needing assistance.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Experience caring for residents with memory impairment preferred when assigned to memory‑care areas.
