Staff Accountant

Job Overview

Quigley & Associates is hiring!! We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support the tax preparation/advisory and accounting teams within our practice.

About the Role:

• Income Tax focused role with offseason work that may encompass other business accounting services
• Will work alongside CPAs in the office to assist in completing tasks requiring technical skills consistent with early career professional staff
• Great opportunity for hands-on training, to apply practical knowledge, develop soft skills, and have a unique opportunity for accelerated professional growth within a growing firm
• Full Time In-Person

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Function independently while also contributing to team efforts as needed
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and hands-on learning
