The Role

The Receptionist / Sales Assistant will support our sales team of four associates and help to deliver an elevated, luxury-level client experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact when a client enters the showroom. Responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, connecting customers with sales associates, and assisting with ongoing project follow-up as needed.

Additional responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for outside sales representatives, managing calendar scheduling, handling samples, and maintaining organization within the tile and sample rooms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about design, with a customer-centric approach to daily operations. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a beautiful environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and a high-end experience.

This position is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, and is based in our South Tampa showroom.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients in the showroom and answer incoming phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist the sales team with order status updates, troubleshooting, and general administrative support
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a professional and organized front desk and showroom environment
  • Support the sales and design team as needed
  • Receive and organize samples and small orders
  • Maintain sample room organization and labeling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
