As an IT Business Partner, you will operate at the intersection of Enterprise IT Operations, IT Project Management Office (PMO), and Business Partnership. Acting as the primary technology partner for assigned business functions, you will coordinate enterprise technology initiatives, manage regional IT operations, oversee project delivery, and ensure enterprise technology services remain reliable, secure, and aligned with business priorities.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with business leaders, infrastructure teams, workplace technology, enterprise applications, security, and global IT teams to deliver operational excellence across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities

IT Business Partnership & Demand Management

  • Serve as the primary IT point of contact (POC) for assigned business functions and regional stakeholders.
  • Build trusted partnerships with business leaders to understand operational priorities and translate business needs into technology initiatives.
  • Gather, assess, and prioritise business requirements while coordinating delivery with Enterprise IT teams.
  • Ensure technology solutions align with both business objectives and global IT standards.

Enterprise IT Operations & Service Management

  • Coordinate with regional and global Enterprise IT teams to maintain the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise technology services.
  • Work closely with local IT support teams to ensure operational issues are resolved efficiently and in accordance with global service standards.
  • Drive continuous improvements to IT service quality, operational processes, and end-user experience.
  • Support governance of IT operations across multiple business functions and regions.

Incident & Operational Management

  • Act as the regional coordination point for critical IT incidents and operational escalations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams during major incidents to ensure rapid resolution, effective stakeholder communication, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident improvements.
  • Partner with infrastructure, workplace technology, security, and application teams to minimise business disruption and improve operational resilience.

IT PMO & Project Delivery

  • Lead regional execution of enterprise IT initiatives from planning through implementation and post-production support.
  • Coordinate project governance, stakeholder communications, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production validation, deployment, and hypercare activities.
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and delivery timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Ensure new technology solutions meet operational, security, and business readiness requirements before production rollout.

Governance & Operational Excellence

  • Support execution of global Enterprise IT strategies, policies, and governance standards across regional offices.
  • Coordinate local resources to support global technology programmes and operational initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, automate manual workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare project updates, operational reports, and status communications for business and IT leadership.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
