Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist

Fusion Primary Care is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced Medical Assistant with phlebotomy experience to join our growing primary care practice. If you enjoy providing exceptional patient care, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection
• Administer injections and vaccines
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers
• Perform EKGs (preferred)
• Handle patient calls, medication refills, and prior authorizations
• Document accurately in the EMR
• Maintain exam rooms, medical supplies, and infection control standards
• Assist with front office duties as needed

Requirements:

• Preferably, Medical Assistant experience in a primary care or family medicine clinic
• Phlebotomy experience is required
• Medical Assistant certification preferred (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• Experience with EMR systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Urdu) is a plus
