Key Responsibilities:

• Precisely manage all cash and credit card transactions using the register or POS system.
• Welcome and assist clients with a friendly demeanor, proactively anticipating their needs for a positive experience.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages in strict adherence to brand directives.
• Prepare and present food items that consistently meet the location's quality and service standards.
• Maintain an organized cash drawer, accurately complete financial documentation, and process deposits.
• Ensure full compliance with Aramark’s established cash handling regulations and protocols.
• Handle the setup and breakdown of the coffee bar and service stations, prioritizing cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure a hygienic work environment by regularly cleaning and sanitizing all equipment and surfaces.
• Monitor and replenish beverage coolers, grab-and-go snacks, service utensils, and condiments.
• Follow all food and beverage preparation guidelines to maintain high sanitation and safety standards.
• Execute additional duties and diverse assignments as requested by the management team.

Qualifications:

• It is beneficial to have worked in customer service in the past.
• Having previous exposure to cash handling is advantageous.
• Having worked as a barista before is preferred but not compulsory.
• A basic understanding of math concepts and the ability to count accurately are vital.
• Ability to operate autonomously with minimal intervention.
• Proficient English reading, communication skills, and ability to follow recipes are vital.
• The Food Handling Certification needs to be acquired in accordance with standards.
• Following the specified attire guidelines is mandatory.
• Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing.
• It may be mandatory to employ Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
