About the Role
Our Warehouse Associates are the heartbeat of our fulfillment operation. They ensure every order moves through our warehouse with care, accuracy, and efficiency—so customers receive exactly what they ordered, when they expect it.
We provide training and opportunities for advancement for team members who are dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn.
Responsibilities
Accurately pick products based on customer orders and pick lists
Verify order completeness prior to packing and shipment
Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
Perform quality checks and resolve discrepancies
Proactively address errors, shortages, or quality concerns with supervisors
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
Meet daily production and quality goals as part of a team
Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Assist with additional warehouse or production tasks as needed
