Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based methodologies and person-centered therapeutic approaches, allowing for the creation of individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate clients' growth and foster resilience. Adapt these interventions to meet the evolving needs of each individual during therapy sessions.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring ethical practice is upheld at all times.
• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary team composed of other mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the quality of care delivered to clients.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to cultivate professional development and continuously improve therapeutic practices in line with industry innovations.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions and promote resiliency in challenging times.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field, incorporating new knowledge into your therapeutic practice to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proficiency in providing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and tailoring treatment plans to suit the unique requirements of each client.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for effective therapeutic relationships.
