Just Roofing USA is a locally owned roofing & siding company hiring a full-time Exterior Sales Representative. This is a performance-driven, field-based role for motivated individuals who want control over their income and enjoy working directly with homeowners.

If you’re competitive, resilient, and motivated by commission and bonuses, this role offers a clear path to six-figure earnings.

Compensation & Earnings:

• Uncapped Commissions
• Total earning potential: $60,000–$250,000+ per year (uncapped commissions)
• Bonuses Included (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annual)

What You’ll Do:

• Door-to-door canvassing and lead generation
• Meet with homeowners for exterior inspections
• Educate customers on roofing and siding solutions
• Manage the sales process from first contact to signed contract
• Follow up consistently and professionally
• Track progress and manage your personal sales pipeline

Requirements:

• Comfortable with commission-based pay
• Able to handle rejection consistently
• Strong professional communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Sales experience preferred, not required
• Coachable, self-motivated, and disciplined
