Plant Controller

NSG Group Pilkington in Rossford is seeking an experienced finance professional to provide financial leadership and support within a manufacturing environment at our Assembly facility. Responsibilities include budgeting, cost analysis, inventory and fixed asset management, month-end close, financial reporting, capital investment analysis, and partnering with production, logistics, and purchasing teams to drive business performance.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, manufacturing experience, strong Excel and communication skills, and proven leadership abilities. MBA and prior plant accounting supervisory experience preferred. Occasional travel required.
