About the role
Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for a passionate, service-driven, and confident Housekeeping Supervisor to lead by example, train, and mentor our Housekeeping team. This hands‑on role supports leadership and the Housekeeping team in the daily operations of the Housekeeping department. In this role, you will work with a team of hospitality professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our guests.
What you’ll do
Ensure the quality and consistency of the guest experience and room cleanliness by implementing and enforcing Hotel housekeeping standards
Lead and foster a positive and engaging work culture
Assist in overseeing operations of the Housekeeping department
Collaborate and work cohesively with other team members and departments
Handle challenges with poise and positivity
Maintain organization within the Housekeeping department
Effectively respond to guests’ requests, problems, or complaints in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner
Qualifications
A strong leader with a passion for hospitality and providing elevated service with a minimum of 2 years of experience
Flexible, hard‑working team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards
Exceptional organization and cleanliness standards
Strong communication skills
