Work Environment
This full-time physical therapy position is onsite, serving patients primarily in their homes. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical function and identify areas of dysfunction related to medical issues, injuries, or congenital conditions.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on restoring mobility and enhancing daily living activities based on age and specific health conditions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, aligning with regulatory, licensing, and payer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary team members regarding patient performance and treatment goals.
- Instruct and train family members or caregivers on home exercise programs to ensure continuity of care post-therapy.
- Oversee the maintenance and safety of therapy equipment and work areas, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
- Adhere to the company's Code of Business Conduct and compliance agreements while upholding the highest professional standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your role will focus on a diverse patient population, particularly those encountered with orthopedic injuries, sports rehabilitation, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Patients range from adolescents to seniors, requiring tailored therapeutic interventions that promote healing, strength building, and overall mobility.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid physical therapy license in the State of California in good standing.
- Possession of a National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program is essential.
- Strong foundational knowledge of physical therapy principles, evidence-based practices, and rehabilitation techniques is necessary.
Preferred Experience
- A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic or sports rehabilitation, demonstrating proficiency in evaluating and managing musculoskeletal conditions.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a highly competitive salary ranging between $100,000 and $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
