Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
OUR TEAM:
Anduril's Software Platform builds the integrated platform behind Lattice — enabling data management, task orchestration, and interoperability across Anduril products. Our engineers ship to the front lines, not to a lab. Unlike experimental systems, our software is deployed and operating in real-world environments today.
This role sits at the center of Anduril’s SW ecosystem - running strategic programs that make it possible for Anduril products and 3p hardware and software to interoperate quickly, reliably, and at scale. That means owning the APIs, SDKs, data standards and reference integrations that make up Lattice and driving the cross-team work required to keep those standards coherent as the ecosystem grows. Our work spans core infrastructure, distributed systems, web development, networking, and other critical areas that form the backbone of Anduril's technology stack. Together, these disciplines power a scalable platform supporting autonomous systems, real-time decision-making, and applications across all warfighting domains.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive strategic, cross-functional programs across Anduril. You will own programs end-to-end — aligning engineering, product, partner-facing, and business stakeholders, driving clarity through ambiguity, and ensuring integration outcomes ship on time. This role requires both technical depth and organizational leadership: you'll translate complex integration efforts into actionable plans, surface compatibility risks early, and hold teams accountable.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Help define and execute the roadmap for Lattice — the APIs, SDKs, and data standards that govern how systems integrate with Lattice — working across groups to de-risk dependencies and keep teams aligned on what ships when
Autonomously execute with a high degree of ownership on broad requirements, managing stakeholders across the Software Platform organization, Business Lines, external partners, and other company partners simultaneously, and delivering successful integration outcomes
Manage, unblock, and accelerate cross-team projects spanning multiple teams and 3p partners. Instill an efficient project management mindset and workflow across the teams
Collaborate with product leads to scope, staff, and deliver capabilities and integration milestones that achieve company goals, while supporting leads to overcome blockers and manage prioritization
Help define and serve as the Software Platform champion for our compatibility standards — including how partners and product teams integrate with Lattice core
Track and communicate program progress, defining efficient processes for broader status updates and proactively managing issues and obstacles. Clearly communicate across all stakeholders, ensuring integration dependencies and blockers are made clear, tracked, and acted on consistently
Stand up and maintain program KPIs that provide real signal on progress, health, and bottlenecks
Understand technical implementation at the architectural level, especially across integration and interoperability boundaries, and propose alternatives when necessary. Corral key performance indicators from across the business to help shape future organizational investments
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
12-15+ years experience as a TPM in a high-paced, software development environment
Robust technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs, software development lifecycle, challenges, trade-offs and risks; ability to work closely and effectively with engineering teams. Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, system integration, and large-scale migrations strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive decisions
Experience in rolling out wide-ranging organizational process changes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience building programs for software deliverables from the ground up
Experience managing integration, interoperability, platform, or partner/ecosystem programs, including external-partner-facing technical coordination
