Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Stockton, CA. The Insurance Agent will consult with customers to understand their coverage needs, explain policy options, and recommend suitable insurance products across auto, home, commercial, and other lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, providing quotes, processing applications, and ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with clients through renewals, policy changes, and claims support, while delivering attentive, bilingual service where applicable. The Insurance Agent will collaborate with the local office team to meet sales goals, uphold customer service standards, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain coverage options and match clients to appropriate policies.
• Experience or knowledge in Insurance Brokerage, including working with multiple carriers and navigating different product offerings.
• Foundational understanding of Finance to discuss premiums, deductibles, budgeting, and policy value with clients.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• State insurance producer/agent license (or eligibility and willingness to obtain one within required timelines).
• Comfort using computer systems for quoting, documentation, and CRM tools; attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work on-site in Stockton, CA, including evenings or weekends as business needs require.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly beneficial; prior experience in retail, sales, or call center environments is a plus.
