As a Starbucks Cafe Barista Crew, your main responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive top-notch service and impeccably prepared items that embody the essence of the Starbucks brand. Basic Qualifications:

• Experience is not compulsory
• Demonstrate consistent attendance and timeliness, with or without reasonable adjustments
• Capable of working varied schedules that encompass early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• - Adhere to store standards and protocols, which involve serving quality drinks and food options, managing cash transactions, and maintaining store safety and security, regardless of accommodations
• Understand and attend to customer needs by engaging with them through articulate and congenial communication
• Cook and mix ingredients to create dishes and beverages to standard or customized recipes
• Complete a mixture of tasks within the store during every shift
• Capacity to promptly acquire new competencies and knowledge
• Capability to understand and act upon oral and written guidelines, with a proclivity for seeking additional clarification when deemed necessary
• Strong interpersonal skills
