Busy Carroll Gardens Real Estate Office
We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized individual to join our team as our Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced real estate office.
Duties
- Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Answer incoming calls and direct calls or take detailed messages.
- Monitor the office email inbox and forward leads to the appropriate agent.
- Assist with general office administration and daily office operations.
- Create simple marketing materials, flyers, and graphics using Canva.
- Support the marketing team with various administrative and creative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office.
Schedule
- Saturday and Sunday are required
- Plus 1–2 weekdays
- 3–4 days per week
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new software and CRM systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Canva is a plus.
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or real estate experience is preferred, but not required.
