Overview

Busy Carroll Gardens Real Estate Office

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized individual to join our team as our Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced real estate office.

Duties

  • Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct calls or take detailed messages.
  • Monitor the office email inbox and forward leads to the appropriate agent.
  • Assist with general office administration and daily office operations.
  • Create simple marketing materials, flyers, and graphics using Canva.
  • Support the marketing team with various administrative and creative tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office.

Schedule

  • Saturday and Sunday are required
  • Plus 1–2 weekdays
  • 3–4 days per week

Qualifications

  • Friendly, professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable learning new software and CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Canva is a plus.
  • Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or real estate experience is preferred, but not required.
