Production Lead- Food Processing Offal 1st shift

The Production Lead assists the Department/Area Supervisor in coordinating daily production activities to ensure production and quality goals are achieved. This position provides leadership and guidance to production employees while supporting safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Working closely with production staff and supervisors, the Production Lead helps prepare production lines, monitor operational processes, and address issues that may impact product quality or efficiency. The role also supports training efforts and collaborates with other departments to maintain consistent workflow and operational standards.
