Franchise Operations Director

As a Franchise Operations Director (FOD) you will work directly with franchisees and are responsible for promoting brand standards, and maintaining the integrity of the brand. A FOD guides and assists franchise partners with operational expertise to maximize profitability, quality, and guest satisfaction. You will assist the growth of Red Roof by providing franchisees ongoing support and training and actively reinforces PIP requirements, strategic revenue management, and is sales focused. As a FOD you will prepare and track action plans to meet brand standard deadlines.

Region will be Southern Ohio, Kentucky, Northern Tennessee and Indiana.
