Gate Service Representative

The Gate Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for drivers at the Intermodal terminal providing in-person customer service both indoors and outdoors. This role involves assisting drivers at the Driver Assistance Building and throughout the terminal yard. Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting the Automated Gate System (AGS) to ensure proper functionality and contributing to a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for all drivers.
