Grocery Outlet of Visitacion Valley is looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Closing Team Members
Starting Wage: $19.61 per hour
- Evening availability required
- Weekends are required
- Must be available to work after the store closes at 9:00 PM to complete nightly closing responsibilities
- Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles based on performance and business needs
- Full-time opportunities may become available based on business needs and performance
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for outstanding customer service
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willing to work in multiple areas of the store, including stocking, cashiering, merchandising, product rotation, receiving deliveries, and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are preferred and are a plus for supporting our diverse customers and team
Previous grocery or retail experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn, contribute to a positive team culture, and grow with our company.
