HR & Payroll Manager

MitchPath Logistic LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Manager to support daily hiring operations and employee management. This role is responsible for assisting with applicant tracking, onboarding coordination, and payroll preparation.

This is an entry-level opportunity with room for growth into a leadership role as the company expands.

Responsibilities Review and manage incoming job applications

Assist with candidate communication and scheduling

Maintain organized employee records

Support onboarding and hiring documentation

Prepare and verify payroll information for processing

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data

Work alongside management to improve hiring processes

Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic computer knowledge (email, forms, data entry)

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Reliable and consistent work ethic

Willingness to learn HR and payroll systems

Previous customer service or administrative experience

Interest in Human Resources or business operations

Compensation $22 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
