Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medications.
• Perform inventory management tasks, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy work area.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to medications and patient care.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within a hospital or clinical setting.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory standards.
• Required to be a registered technician in the state of Oregon.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
