Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with US private practice law firms, especially in New York

Deliver on associate‑level mandates across multiple practice areas

Lead full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, client management, and placement

Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market development

Build and maintain a strong network of legal professionals

Collaborate with senior team members to support overall team performance

Requirements

Proven experience in legal recruitment , ideally within the US market

Strong understanding of US private practice law firms

Track record of placing associates or partners

Ability to manage full recruitment processes and client relationships

Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills

Ability to work on‑site in New York

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary up to $90,000 (DOE)
