Position: Enterprise Account Executive - Best Sales Recruiters
We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition across US healthcare and hospital systems. This role requires an entrepreneurial approach to pipeline generation and executive consensus building.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from proactive outbound hunting to contract execution, utilizing a low-friction "land and expand" pilot model.
- Build trusted partnerships with hospital C-level executives across both Clinical Operations (COOs, Chief Nursing Executives) and HR/Workforce Development.
- Execute a focused sales strategy to achieve an attainable $1.1M–$1.2M annualized revenue quota, supported by ramp‑up accommodations in Year 1.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Enterprise Sales Experience, selling in a complex, multi‑stake‑holder environment.
- Experience selling high‑touch services, healthcare staffing, consulting, or partnership solutions rather than standard transactional SaaS.
- An agile, builder mindset with the hunger to thrive in an early‑stage, autonomous environment while driving their own pipeline and deals forward.
Location
This is a 100% remote opportunity open to any US location, with travel required for client meetings and key healthcare industry events.
Compensation
Base Salary: $125,000
Potential Total Compensation: $250,000 + Equity
