Operations Manager- Local

The Operations Manager-Local is responsible for leading on-site yard and spotting coordination and inspection processes at the Green Bay GP location. This role ensures trailers entering GP meet customer standards, spotter assignments keep the yard flowing, and all documentation and reporting are completed accurately. The supervisor also provides leadership for local shift coordinators, drivers, resolves operational issues, and partners with PTI, GP, and Maintenance teams.

Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance: - Enforce PPE and safe work practices  - Ensure trailers meet GP
