Shift Manager - PBI Airport

Zone Managers are responsible for the daily execution of the Mission Statement, which includes First Class Service to every customer. Zone Managers perform training functions, direct execution of standards and provide assistance and support to the Management team in achieving the goals of providing the best service to each guest. Zone Managers work in collaboration with the Retail team to ensure that the Stores are running efficiently, and daily task are completed from opening to closing to ensure optimal performance. Zone Managers provide overall supervision to the team.
