As a Senior Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional guest services. You will support the Store Manager in various operational tasks to maximize sales and profitability. Your role will include:

• Developing and training staff.
• Controlling expenses and shrinkage.
• Overseeing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

This position typically entails working up to 38 hours per week. A minimum age of 18 is required, along with prior retail and/or management experience.

The physical demands of the role include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours a day.
