This is a full-time field technician position servicing residential properties on daily routes across Plano, Richardson, Frisco, McKinney, Garland and parts of Carrollton and Dallas. You'll apply lawn care, pest control, and mosquito treatments, inspect properties, communicate with homeowners, and maintain accurate service records. This is 100% outdoor work, year-round in North Texas — hot summers, cold winter mornings, and physically active days.

We hire two ways: Entry Level — No Industry Experience Required

You bring: A strong work ethic and reliable track record Willingness to learn and accept coaching Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions Training includes structured onboarding, ride-alongs, and licensing support.

Technicians

Candidates with relevant field experience will ramp up faster. Helpful backgrounds include lawn care, pest control, mosquito control, landscaping, or other outdoor service roles.

What You'll Do Service residential properties on a daily route Apply lawn care, pest control, and mosquito treatments Inspect properties and recommend solutions Communicate professionally with homeowners Maintain accurate service records Keep your truck and equipment clean and organized Follow safety procedures for all equipment and materials Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR required) Age 25 or older (company vehicle insurance requirement) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform sustained physical workReliable, professional, and self-motivated Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus) Must live within reasonable driving distance of Plano, Richardson, Garland, Frisco, or McKinney (start time is 6am in downtown Plano) Pay &
