What we look for:
- A valid California real estate license, or currently enrolled in real estate school and ready to take your licensing exam (this is required)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to follow a proven system
- Good communication and people skills
- Self-motivation and coachability
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone or computer
