Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
- Assist customers with account management, billing questions, product information.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, handling phone etiquette, and directing calls efficiently
- Support office management activities such as filing, calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading
- Utilize computer literacy skills to navigate Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software for daily operations
- Provide administrative support including bookkeeping, filing, and supporting team members with personal assistant tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or clerical roles with a strong emphasis on office management or front desk duties
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry procedures, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Technical proficiency with computer literacy including typing speed, proofreading skills, and basic troubleshooting abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
