Logistics & Account Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for someone who is well organized, detail oriented to assist with daily operations, customer accounts, order processing, invoicing, shipment coordination and communication between office and warehouse, customers, and freight carriers.

Duties

• quote and book FTL and LTL lanes within the US and Canada
• process sales orders and communicate order details with the warehouse crew
• preparation of shipping documents
• inventory management
• communicate with customers on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Email etiquette
• IT skills are a big plus
• Basic knowledge of logistics
• Experience with Quickbooks preferred

Pay: $750.00 - $950.00 per week
