Merchant Terminal Support Specialist

Providing high-quality customer service remotely, the full-time Merchant Terminal Support Specialist will respond to merchant inquiries regarding credit card processing, troubleshoot issues, and communicate relevant policies and procedures. Key responsibilities Respond to telephone inquiries and requests from merchants regarding credit card processing support Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with service and processing terminals, providing effective solutions Communicate applicable policies and procedures to merchants and request exceptions when necessary Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One to two years of customer service experience Thorough knowledge of problem resolution practices and applicable regulations Proficient computer navigation skills, including Microsoft Office applications Experience with Elavon systems or Merchant Payment Services is a plus
