This is a door-to-door, outside sales role that involves climbing roofs, working outdoors, and talking to homeowners face-to-face.

If you’re the kind of person who hates being stuck behind a desk, enjoys being outside, and wants your income to reflect your effort — keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)

• Knocking doors in storm-affected neighborhoods and speaking directly with homeowners
• Performing roof inspections (yes, you’ll be climbing ladders and getting on roofs)
• Identifying storm damage and providing professional recommendations
• Helping homeowners navigate the insurance claims process

Non-Negotiables (Read Carefully)

You must:

• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have reliable transportation
• Be comfortable climbing roofs
• Be okay with door-to-door canvassing

If any of those are a dealbreaker, this is not the role for you — and that’s okay.

Former athletes, outdoor enthusiasts, gym people, salespeople, and grinders tend to do very well here.

Compensation & Perks

• Uncapped commission — your effort = your paycheck
• Average first-year reps earn $50,000–$150,000
