Our products are either currently or will be distributed nationally across grocery, mass, natural, specialty, and club channels, with a rapidly expanding footprint in mainstream retail and natural grocery through KeHE and UNFI distribution networks. We are actively scaling with key retail partners including major grocery banners and natural channel retailers, supported by strong in-store execution, merchandising, and trade programming.

We are seeking a Key Account Sales Manager. This role will own and grow key grocery, natural, and specialty retail accounts, with a strong focus on scaling business through KeHE and UNFI distribution networks, regional grocery chains, and national retail partners.
The role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key accounts, driving velocity at shelf, executing trade and promotional strategies, and identifying new distribution opportunities across the grocery and natural channel landscape. You will partner closely with distributors, brokers, and retail buyers to ensure strong in-store execution, optimized assortment, and profitable growth across all classes of trade.
This individual will act as a commercial owner for assigned accounts, responsible for forecasting, promotional planning, and execution across both everyday and seasonal programs, while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver retail success.
- Proven experience in Sales with a strong results-driven mindset in CPG / food & beverage manufacturing
- Deep experience managing grocery retail, natural channel, and/or specialty retail accounts
- Strong understanding of distributor-led go-to-market models, including KeHE, UNFI, regional distributors and broker networks
- Demonstrated expertise in Key Account Management, including pricing, trade spend, promotions, and joint business planning
- Experience driving growth across regional grocery chains, natural retailers, and national accounts
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with buyers and distributor partners
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple retail accounts and priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for premium food, confectionery, and consumer brand building
