Okie Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Set-Up Machinist for a manufacturing company in Chickasha, OK . This position requires hands-on experience setting up and operating Okuma CNC Lathes and/or Citizen Swiss Machines .

The ideal candidate will be confident with machine set-ups, reading blueprints, making offsets, checking parts, and producing quality precision parts with minimal supervision.

Location: Chickasha, OK

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Responsibilities

Set up and operate Okuma CNC Lathes and Citizen Swiss Machines

Perform machine adjustments, offsets, and tooling changes

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications

Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators

Inspect parts during production to ensure quality and accuracy

Troubleshoot set-up or production issues

Maintain proper documentation and follow shop procedures

Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

Work closely with leads, supervisors, and quality team to meet production standards
