Position Overview

Stockers play a key role in smooth operations—loading and unloading materials with safety, accuracy, and speed. If you are detail‑oriented, reliable, and thrive in a fast‑paced setting, you will find purpose and recognition here. This is more than a job, it’s a path to a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify trucks are loaded and secured in accordance with company and Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). protect, move, and stage materials as specified by customer directive.
  • Participate in monthly and annual physical inventories when required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and OSHA requirements.
  • Use proper lifting techniques and wear appropriate personal protective equipment, safety shoes, and clothing.
  • Frequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation, grasping, and manipulation.
  • Frequent driving or sitting in a truck, forklift, or other similar equipment for multiple hours a day.
  • Frequently push, pull, lift, or carry building materials weighing approximately 100 pounds, using proper lifting procedures; and occasionally handle greater weights. Functions may be performed as a team.
  • Support the company’s values of safety, customer focus, teamwork, integrity, and being a company of choice for both employees and customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • General knowledge of building materials and willingness to learn.

The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and cost of living. This is a full‑time position with competitive pay and benefits.
