We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Roofing Foreman to lead and oversee roofing projects from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Supervise roofing crews to ensure timely and quality installation of roofing systems, including shingles, metal roofing, or flat roof membranes.
• Interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution accurately.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
• Enforce construction safety regulations, including the proper use of safety harnesses and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Conduct regular safety inspections on-site to identify hazards and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy lifting equipment ensuring proper handling and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to interpret specifications and ensure compliance with building codes and standards such as construction workplace safety regulations.
• Manage material deliveries, storage, and inventory to prevent delays or shortages on site.

Requirements

• Proven experience in roofing installation along with comprehensive knowledge of roofing materials and systems.
• Strong background in construction site management with experience interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes for project planning and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of construction safety harnesses and adherence to all relevant workplace safety regulations.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, schematics reading, and heavy lifting techniques.
• Experience working on diverse construction projects including siding installation, stucco application, masonry work, framing carpentry (including metal studs), plumbing integration, tile laying, welding or restoration projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards and quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members alike.
