Medical Assistant: Chronic Disease Care with Pharmacists

Aurora Health Care seeks a dedicated Medical Assistant to join the Chronic Disease Management team. In this full-time role, you'll support high-quality care for patients by working closely with clinical pharmacists. Your responsibilities will include scheduling patient appointments, managing referral queues, and assisting with communications.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, Basic Life Support certification, and either complete an accredited Medical Assistant program or possess 2 years of relevant experience. Positions are located at Sinai Medical Center and St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
