Production Supervisor (Power Generation Products) - 2ND SHIFT

Leads production activities in specific areas that ensures safety, quality, cost, and on

time delivery goals are met. Manages a group of Cell/Team Leads and assembly team

members, monitoring on-time and quality performance and promoting operational

discipline. Ensures Methods of Manufacture (MoM’s) and Manufacturing Assembly

Instructions (MAI’s) are followed. Identifies cost savings opportunities and works as a

member of the production leadership team to implement Continuous Improvement

efforts.
