Part-Time Bartender

Overview

PLEASE READ :) We're looking for bartenders who's looking for a little part-time something. Every other weekend days and times between

Friday 5pm-1am,

Saturday 5pm-3am,

Sunday 12pm-6pm

and some Thursday nights. $10 an hour plus tips of course. Also step-rate pay... Must be experienced must have TABC LICENSE. Must send resume to indeed AND call to set up interview 423.208.0229 if interested.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, flair, and professionalism.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, and providing excellent customer service throughout their visit.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate billing and transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures during serving and bartending activities.
• Monitor guest behavior in nightlife or banquet settings to promote a safe environment while delivering top-tier hospitality.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events or banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of drinks and attentive service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service, retail math, or hospitality environments such as nightclubs, fine dining, or banquet settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to engage guests positively.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices.
• Previous experience in brewing or the food industry is a plus; retail math skills are beneficial for cash handling tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special event days as needed.
